PANHANDLE HOOKER TO EFFECT NORTHEAST OR GREAT LAKES

A panhandle hooker snow storm to affect United States.Panhandle Hooker snow storms are MAJOR snow storms that head eastward and then get thrown north or northeast in the south mainly around the Texas Panhandle. This is a storm that can produce up to two feet of snow. Now to think a city will get up to 2 feet of snow with this particular storm is a bit overboard. This storm is currently the storm that is effecting the southwest. It is possible it could affect the Chicago area.Stay informed on this potentially MAJOR winter storm.

SOUTHWEST SNOW STORM UNDERWAY

SOUTHWEST SNOW STORM UNDERWAY
A low pressure system will move east out of Arizona tonight. It will move into Central New Mexico, western, and southwestern Texas. The highest accumulations will be on to northern-most part of the storm with totals as large as 10''.It will then move across the Gulf of Mexico causing thunderstorms (some severe)in the southern U.S.The low pressure system will then move north into the eastern United States. Now it gets tricky to forecast. It is hard to forecast the jet stream this far out but the storm could cause a snow event in the Northeast or the Great Lakes.I think it will go to the Northeast but I also consider a rare northwest heading snow storm for the Great Lakes.Keep updated on this weather event as it gets closer.
